Darwin
Day, which takes place on February 12th, is the day when people
celebrate the birthday anniversary of Charles Darwin. The day is also used to
highlight Darwin’s contribution to science and promote science in general. Darwin
was a British scientist who laid the foundations of the theory of evolution and
transformed the way we think about the natural world.
